We found the location of the centre to be very important, as we needed a place that was close to home. The travel time was also a big factor, as we were wanting to minimize it. The closer the better in terms of feel and comfort.

The Atmosphere Is Also Important

We really wanted to make sure that when we came for the pickup, the atmosphere felt welcoming. There were lots of friendly faces at the front desk, which made us feel comfortable and instantly felt like we belonged. Even the decorations and the paint on the wall made the space feel more like home.

It also meant a lot that they had a kids' activity area, where the kids could have fun and make new friends, while also being quiet enough so that the adults could concentrate on work. The staff did an excellent job of ensuring that the kids were well looked after and had lots of fun while also helping the adults get work done. It was a win-win situation.
